Schoolchildren from 15 regions of Russia and 5 countries of Eurasia have joined the project “EURASIA KIDS. Ambassadors of Peace"
Each participant has a unique opportunity to tell the world about his good intentions by creating his own unique media project. Professional directors, actors, journalists, diplomats and public figures will assist the children in its creation.
Young ambassadors of peace are waiting for interesting meetings with teachers and peers from different regions of Eurasia. One of the most interesting events will be the “Expedition to the Holiday” internship. It will bring together the most active participants of the project. The duration of the internship will be 5 days. Venue - the Udmurt Republic - a multinational region of the Russian Federation. Representatives of more than 130 peoples live there, including the indigenous people - the Besermyans. The main idea of the internship is to immerse yourself in the ethnic environment, living culture and traditions of the peoples, put into practice the knowledge gained during the workshops, as well as collect information, record videos, take photos, post it on social networks, broadcasting peacekeeping values and patriotic feelings for the Motherland.
During the internship, participants will have an educational program to develop media skills, meetings with native speakers, including children, youth, grandmothers, trips to villages, interactive programs for immersion in the ethnic environment. A special feature of the internship will be that the children will tell the guests and participants of the expedition about their nationality, thus realizing that there are many nations, but one homeland. The result of the internship will be the creation of an information map by children. It will involve 50 children's media projects.
Recall, the project “EURASIA KIDS. Ambassadors of Peace" is implemented by the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" with the support of the Presidential Grants Foundation.
