Music and Poetry Evening dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of the Creative Activity of Abdukahor Kosimov the Tajik Poet-Songwriter

The Moscow House of Nationalities hosted a musical and poetic evening dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the creative activity of the Tajik poet, public figure, co-chairman of the Literary Council of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, national coordinator of the World Poetry Movement "World Without Walls" Abdukakhor Kosimov. The event was organized by the Tajik Cultural Center.

The event was attended by representatives of the Tajik Cultural Center, the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, national public organizations, honored artists of the Russian Federation, laureates of international and all-Russian competitions, as well as invited guests.

The evening was opened by the Director of the State Budgetary Institution "Moscow House of Nationalities" Sergei Sergeevich Anufrienko; he introduced Abdukakhor Sattorovich Kosimov to the audience, congratulated him on the 35th anniversary of his creative activity and wished everyone a good evening.

A welcoming speech was made by a member of the Council for Ethnic Affairs under the Moscow Government, Chairman of the Council of the RPO "Tajik Cultural Center", Ph.D. in Philology, Khursheda Davronovna Hamrakulova. She also congratulated the poet on his anniversary and noted that his work is known and loved all over the world.

The audience was shown a film with video congratulations recorded by friends and fans of the Tajik songwriter from different countries.

The family, friends and colleagues of Abdukakhor Kosimov invited to the event, who throughout the evening shared pleasant memories and stories, presented congratulatory performances in his honor.

Participants of the International Competition "Leader of Public Diplomacy", people's diplomats, President of the Italy-Russia Youth Society "Friendship" Ekaterina Spirova and President of the Moscow Committee of the Society "Dante Alighieri" Natalia Nikishkina recorded of the poetic evening and congratulated their friend, the author of the words to the anthem of people's diplomats, the people's diplomat Abdukakhor Kosimov on his 35th anniversary of creative activity.
