On October 10 – 12, 2023 Belgorod will host the III International Forum "Truth and Morality – a Strategic Resource of Public Diplomacy". By now, representatives of 39 countries of the world - the Middle East, the African continent, Latin America, Asia - have confirmed their participation in the Forum. Among them there are members of international organizations, prominent public and scientific figures.
The Forum will discuss issues of humanitarian modernization, development of innovative methods of cooperation in the Eurasian space in science, education, culture and business through the prism of public diplomacy.
It is expected that the Forum will become a key platform for developing relevant approaches to the creation of concrete mechanisms for building a common future based on the principles of equality and mutual respect.

The event is organized by the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly and the Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Rossotrudnichestvo, the Association of Arab Universities, the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy (UAE), the Administration of the Belgorod Region and leading universities of the region.
