On July 9, 2021, the General Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly - the reporting and election General meeting of the Assembly members will take place in Moscow.
The General Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is supported by the UN Information Center.
The General Assembly received a greeting from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
Broadcast of the General meeting of the Assembly members, the supreme body of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" will be carried out from the Press Center of TASS - the General Information Partner of the Assembly.
The event will be attended by Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrei Belyaninov, First Deputy Secretary General - Head of the General Secretariat of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, Chairman of the Council of the Assembly of peoples of Russia Svetlana Smirnova, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Konstantin Kosachev, Director of the UN Information Center in Moscow Vladimir Kuznetsov , Executive Secretary of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO Grigory Ordzhonikidze, Member of the State Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Alexandra Ochirova, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation Gulnara-Klara Samat, Chairman of the Council of the Association of Russian Diplomats, Co-Chair of the General Council of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Igor Khalevinsky, Co-Chairman of the General Council of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, National Secretary of the Indian National Congress Dalbir Singh (India), Co-Chairman of the General Council and the Eurasian Peoples 'Assembly, Vice-President of the Franco-Russian Dialogue Association Bernard Loze (France), Co-Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, People's Writer of Kazakhstan Olzhas Suleimenov and others, as well as more than 800 members of the Assembly - representatives of non-governmental organizations from 45 countries.
The General Assembly will sum up the results of its activities since its establishment, approve a long-term plan for the next four years, and elect the governing bodies of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.
The General Assembly will form a Supreme Advisory Council and a Media Council. They will include reputable international public, political and state leaders, representatives of business, industrial and financial circles, and the media.
In 2021, the General Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly is supported by information partners: Big Asia, International TV Channel Mir, MKR-Media, TV BRICS.
