The Results of the "Poetry of the Angels of Peace" and "Voices of the Angels of Peace" Competitions are Summarized

The results of the V International Competition “Poetry of the Angels of Peace”-2023 and the reciting competition “Voices of the Angels of Peace” have been summed up. These competitions became part of the large art project “Angels of Peace”. The project supported by the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly brought together artists from 26 countries to create international exhibitions, art objects, competitions, festivals, and creative programs. The art project has been implemented for nine years. Since April 2014, more than 366 paintings on the theme “Guardian Angel” have been collected.

The organizers of the Art Project “Angels of Peace” - members of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Oleg Rovda and Natalya Yatsenko often organize traveling exhibitions; paintings and posters traveled through Russian cities and were also exhibited in different countries. Poets were so impressed by these paintings that they began to write poems to them. This is how the project “Poetry of the Angels of Peace” was born. And poetry lovers wanted to recite these poems, and as a result, the festival-competition "Voices of the Angels of Peace" was born. It unites poetry lovers and reciters of different ages who lend their voices to poems.

Laureates received diplomas “For performing skills and stage culture” and special prizes.

The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly actively supports the “Angels of Peace” art project. Based on the results of the competition “Voices of the Angels of Peace”, the organizers, teachers, artistic directors who prepared the readers were awarded letters of gratitude from the Assembly Secretary General Andrei Belyaninov “For the contribution to international cultural cooperation”: Zhanna Tsyabuk (Republic of Belarus, Brest region), Tamara Guryeva (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Zelenogorsk), the team of the Dudinskaya boarding school (Krasnoyarsk region, Dudinka), Natalya Cheker (LPR, Lugansk). The chairman of the competition jury, co-chairman of the Literary Council of Writers and Readers of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, Eldar Akhadov (Krasnoyarsk), also received a letter of gratitude.

The main goal of the “Poetry of the Angels of Peace” competition is to reveal the creative abilities of participants, develop public speaking skills, get acquainted with the poetry and painting of modern authors from different countries, expand their horizons, support spiritual values in society, as well as develop an inclusive environment. Participants with disabilities were also invited to participate in the competition and the final concert. The world is diverse and all people have their own talents and significant achievements.

Six poems were selected from among the finalists of the 2023 poetry competition to be awarded special diplomas of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly: Nadezhda Boltacheva (Ekaterinburg), Victoria Bulko (Belarus, Bobruisk), Anna Dubskaya (Moscow), Yulia Molotkova (Saratov), Tatyana Mladenova (Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad), Angelika Shimchuk (Moscow). Within a year, poems by these authors will be published in the Happiness Aggregator magazine.
