Official Visit of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Delegation to the Sadat Academy for Management Sciences

On January 30, 2023, on the Days of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in Egypt, the delegation of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly and the leadership and teaching staff of the Sadat Academy for Management Sciences under the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt held a meeting.

In a welcoming speech, the President of the Sadat Academy for Management Sciences, Dr. Mohamed Hassan Abdel Azim, noted that the university is open for cooperation with international organizations and educational institutions of other countries. The President said that he still fondly recalls his visit to the headquarters of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in Moscow (Russia) in May 2022, during which issues of strategic cooperation in education were raised.

The Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrei Belyaninov thanked Dr. Mohamed Hassan Abdel Azim for his hospitality and emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly and the Sadat Academy for Management Sciences. Andrei Belyaninov spoke about the role of international public organizations in the formation of new protocols for interaction in the Eurasian space, as well as the interest of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in developing relations with Egyptian colleagues in education, because education is one of the most important benefits and the main tool for implementing the Agenda in the region sustainable development developed by the UN.

The Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, Professor Yulia Petrova, in her speech, emphasized the fundamental role of education in modern realities and dwelled in more detail on the events and programs aimed at developing research activities that are implemented at the sites of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly.

Alexandra Ochirova, Co-Chair of the General Council of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, touched upon the topical and important topic of preserving human civilization and life on earth, which is being discussed today all over the world at all platforms: international, national, public, state and diplomatic.

The meeting participants discussed promising areas of cooperation and expressed hope for the creation of a sustainable system of partnerships in the long term.
