On July 5, the Governor of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev, held a working meeting with Valery Safonov, Chairman of the Council for Informatization and Digital Economy of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, Director of the Association of Subjects of Critical Information Infrastructure "CyberAlyans" - reported on the Official portal of the authorities of the Voronezh region.
Denis Volkov, Head of the Digital Development Department of the Voronezh Region, Yuri Goncharov, President of the Voronezh Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union, and Vladimir Babkin, Director of the Information Technologies Cluster of the Voronezh Region, also took part in the conversation.
The meeting discussed the creation of an IT cluster in Voronezh - a competence Center for information security and the transition to Russian software for enterprises of the Central Federal District (Russia). The Center's task is to help industry enterprises implement legislative decisions related to the transition to the use of Russian software. The cluster specialists will also provide the necessary technological and methodological support.
It is planned that the Center will become a platform where Russian software and hardware manufacturers will acquaint representatives of enterprises with advanced security solutions.
Alexander Gusev approved the creation of an IT cluster - a competence Center for information security in the region. The Governor is confident that the region will establish all necessary conditions for the sustainable development of high-tech companies and enterprises.
