Finalists of the II International Competition “LEADER OF PEOPLE’S DIPLOMACY” have been determined

17 Russian and 13 foreign participants will meet in the final of the Competition.

On 14 November 2023, a meeting of the Competition Commission of the International Competition "Leader of Public Diplomacy" was held. The main issue on the agenda was to determine the list of participants who made it to the finals based on the results of the educational intensives, test assignments and practical cases.

17 Russian and 13 foreign participants will meet in the final. In total, 146 representatives of the non-profit sector took part in the educational program of the project after selecting applications received for the competition, 30 of them reached the finals.

The final tests of the competition will take place on December 12 - 13 in Moscow. The results of the competition will be announced during the International Forum of Public Diplomacy.

Let us recall that the educational program of the International Competition “Leader of Public Diplomacy” included 7 modules, the total number of lectures – 17 and consisted of an educational intensive – a series of meetings of competition participants with Russian and foreign experts, lectures and test assignments, as well as a workshop – the search for practical solutions on the following topics: “Interregional connections in the system of public diplomacy”, “New media and artificial intelligence technologies to help the people’s diplomat”, “Modern etiquette and intercultural communications in the work of the people’s diplomat”, “University as an effective tool of public diplomacy”, “Image of the future public diplomacy. New formats of work in the context of restructuring the system of international relations”, “The fate of the book in the 21st century”.
