On September 1, 2020, at the initiative of the Eurasian Youth Assembly (EYA), an International Youth Roundtable meeting “Contribution of the peoples of Eurasia to the Great Victory” will be held under the auspices of the Crimean Eurasian School as part of the cultural and educational conference “Heritage of the Great Victory - Pride of Descendants”.
The international discussion platform is primarily aimed at attracting young people of the continent to preserve the historical memory of the events of 1941-1945. Among the key themes: memory of the heroes of World War II and the Great Patriotic war, history and culture of the peoples of the continent in the context of the Great Patriotic war, involvement of students of secondary and higher educational institutions in volunteer activities, support of public projects aimed at strengthening mutual understanding and peaceful relations between the countries and peoples of Eurasia.
On the Day of Knowledge, the online meeting will be attended by students of secondary and higher educational institutions, leaders of youth public organizations and volunteer movements, scientists and cultural figures, and media.
