On October 14, at the Tyumen Digital Forum, a panel discussion was held on the model of interregional interaction through the exchange of cross-industry data. The discussion was moderated by Pavel Basin, Co-Chairman of the Council for Informatization and Digital Economy of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.
Dmitry Razumovsky, Deputy Governor of the Kaluga Region, joined the discussion by videoconference, reported the Official portal of the authorities of the Kaluga region.
Dmitry Razumovsky noted the need to adopt basic and departmental regulations governing the sphere of working with data. First of all, they must determine the conceptual apparatus of this activity. Dmitry Razumovsky also shared his experience of creating the Situation Center for the Governor of the Kaluga Region. The deputy head of the region paid special attention to the need for legal regulation of data exchange mechanisms between the state and commercial organizations, as well as digitalization of control and supervisory activities.
Recall, the Ministry of Digital Industry of the Russian Federation is one of the main organizers of the Tyumen Digital Forum, which has been held since 2008,. Over the years, the forum has become one of the largest platforms for IT professionals from the public and commercial sector to meet to exchange experience in the sphere of digitalization of projects at the federal and regional levels. This year, more than two thousand people from different regions of our country took part in its work.
