Eurasia strengthens Cooperation with India in Intellectual Property and IP Technology

On December 6, 2023, the second Eurasian conference on intellectual property and technologies “IP Eurasia/IP India’2023” will take place in Moscow. The conference will be dedicated to cooperation with India - one of the key and promising partners of the Eurasian states; economic ties between them have a long history and a solid foundation.

Representatives of international organizations, government bodies of the Russian and Indian technology business, the professional community, with the participation of heads of all patent offices in the region, will discuss the conditions for conducting business activity in the Eurasian space and in India, as well as issues of protection of intellectual rights.

The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is one of the partners of the conference organizers - the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAI).

Professionals will discuss the topics of integration of intellectual property into market relations, digitalization of intellectual property, including issues arising in the field of intellectual property rights in connection with the development of artificial intelligence systems. Particular attention will be paid to the prospects for the development of cooperation between Eurasian countries and India.

Today global corporations realize the value and profitability of the use of innovative results of intellectual labor and prefer to increase their income and popularity by introducing new intellectual property objects in various branches of economic relations.

And the goals of the conference are: demonstration of the possibilities of trade and industrial cooperation, presentation of IP systems in the Eurasian space, presentation of the advantages of the Eurasian patent system.
