The Directorate was represented by the First Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, Director General of the Directorate Svetlana Smirnova.

The World Public Summit is a new international discussion platform for discussing the prospects for constructive interaction between representatives of the international community, which was formed on the initiative of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.

Realizing the interdependence of peoples and the common responsibility for the future of the planet, striving to preserve the unique spiritual heritage of the peoples of the world, respecting the moral ideals and cultural values of each people, based on the fact that strategic development today lies in human resources, the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly took the initiative to hold the First World Public Summit. The Summit will focus on the the theme - the Man of the Third Millennium, a man who creates and affirms the co-creation of peoples in the name of peace and future development.

The mission of the Summit places special emphasis on civil initiatives that define the modern line of consolidation of the world community. The international crisis situation at the global level urgently requires a joint search for means and factors that will contribute to the stabilization of socio-economic and political relations, the consolidation of social forces and all participants in the international community, including states, international organizations, and public opinion leaders.

The implementation of these tasks, the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation on a long-term basis for the interaction of civil society institutions to strengthen the friendship of peoples, promoting the formation of a system of Greater Eurasian partnership of the peoples of Eurasia in the name of establishing peace and harmony - all this became the basis of cooperation agreements signed on the platform of the international scientific and practical seminar in Tashkent.

The implementation of the directions outlined in the signed documents involves combining the efforts of public diplomacy organizations to implement socially significant programs, projects, educational, cultural, educational and business events in the field of international cooperation.
