On April 10 - 11, the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" in partnership with the Center for Social Technologies "Dealing with Meaning" with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives and the Civic Chamber of Russia will organize an educational forum for participants in the International Competition of Cultural Practices "Heritage of Eurasia: Rural Communities".

The semi-finalists of the project, representatives of 20 teams from the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation, those who implement cultural practices in rural areas will meet in Moscow. Experts singled out exactly those projects that contribute to the development of local communities.

The international educational forum in Moscow will be held at two venues.

On April 10, project participants will plunge into an atmosphere of cooperation and co-creation during the Business Communication Game-Strategy “Happy Villages” - a practical and educational intensive course for leaders of rural areas.
Based on the analysis of real practices, a space will be created for open and trusting cross-social communication. The participants will discuss important tasks of territorial development, improvement of places of tourist interest and excursion routes, and involvement of local communities in the co-design and implementation of projects.

During the game, participants will conduct research into the culture of happiness, allowing them to develop a deep understanding of territorial values that give energy to all generations.
During the Business Game, participants will acquire effective communication skills based on the approach of value moderation and value leadership, which allow them to remove communication barriers and form horizontal teams.

On April 11, a workshop for project participants will be held at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. The location of the internship was chosen not by chance: it is the Civic Chamber of Russia that ensures the interaction of public associations with authorities at various levels, including local government, in order to take into account the needs and interests of citizens, and contributes to the strong building of horizontal ties.

Project participants present their projects. Based on the results of two days of the International Educational Forum, 10 finalists will be selected - teams from rural areas, which will be awarded an educational grant in the form of participation in an internship in order to find resources for replication and scaling of practice, and the creation of network cultural initiatives.

The internship program “The Power of the Vach Land” will introduce participants to the experience of forming and implementing the development concept of the Vach municipal district of the Nizhny Novgorod region “Creative Industries Cluster “Kingdom of Filigree”.
