Anastasia Pavlova, member of the General Council of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, author of the Global Tourism Security Concept (2009), Chairman of the Council on Eurasian tourism security of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, took the baton of the challenge “My Way”, initiated by the Eurasian Youth Assembly:
“The meaning of my professional path is in one phrase: “Success is to keep up with time.” On March 13, we held the International Tourism Congress “CIS + WORLD 2020: Success is to Keep Up with Time”. This motto goes with me through life, I never stop, I always develop, I constantly create new projects, new topics, then I carefully develop them.
When I was young, I wanted to become an Olympic champion in Ice Dancing, but an injury did not allow me to continue my sports career. This situation has shown me that when one door closes, a second door opens, and evens more. Having never become an Olympic champion, I received a very good education at the Russian State University for the Humanities and became a historian, journalist, and in my life I worked for more than 20 years in the Russian television system. Having never become an Olympic champion, I received a very good education at the Russian state University for the Humanities and became a historian and journalist. I worked for more than 20 years in the Russian TV.
My social circle is expanding almost daily and includes representatives from more than 120 countries. On principle, I can call myself an international public figure whose main goal in life is communication. This is the right interaction between people that can lead to very good results.
I would like to welcome all my colleagues from the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly and thank them for their activity, for their interesting work, and for the international communication that the Assembly is able to do. I wish everyone a successful life path and implementing of the plans you have set. Regardless of the fact that I make this video in self-isolation, I do not stop; my colleagues and I are preparing new projects. I think that in the nearest future my colleagues will be extremely surprised by a major international, even global project that will be in demand after the lifting of restrictions, after the pandemic.
In the very phrase “My Way” is hidden a very important secret for everyone. We are all on our way. Life is a real long way, a long journey, with different days, sunny and rainy, with different seasons, with different decorations outside the window. But the most important thing in this way is never to forget that life is a very great gift. And let's take this life path together and go through it with dignity”.
