COUNCIL MAIN TASKS:

• formation of a single Eurasian package of proposals for projects and programs implemented jointly with the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly member organizations, regional branches of the Russian Composers Union, and foreign music public organizations;
• formation of the annual budget; concert, educational and awareness-raising activities, optimization and mutual integration of regional national cultural projects and programs.
