September 11 to 13, a traditional festival of young journalists was held in Udmurtia (Russia) at the recreation resort “Nechkino”. This year, due to the global pandemic, the festival was held in full-time and part-time format. Participants from Moscow, Izhevsk, Perm, Bashkiria, Tatarstan and Gambia joined it.
EURASIA KIDS presented their projects at the festival. The holiday was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic war. The main theme of the festival was history of the Great Victory in the life of every family. Whole families attended the festival; and each family had their own story about relatives who took part in the Great Patriotic war.
The large festival program included master classes, meetings with professionals, and a concert of military songs. Blind performers Anton Ponomarev and Bogdan Zaitsev sang together with opera singer Leonid Skorokhodov. Grandmothers from Buranovo came to visit the children. Also, participants of the festival got acquainted with the project of Marina and Alexey Volkov “Neboterapiya”. Guys from the intellectual club «Rebus» presented their projects about the war.
For many years, the festival has been held under the patronage of Russian state Duma Deputy Valery Buzilov. This year, he again came to visit kids.
