“Tell me about your homeland” Project. The Eurasian School of a Young Guide was presented at the I International Forum “CULTURE. TOURISM. EDUCATION. SYNERGY OF INTERACTION IN THE PROFESSIONAL SPACE", which took place on May 21-22, 2021, in Moscow, in the Cultural and entertainment complex “Kremlin in Izmailovo”.

Bogdan Zaitsev, the organizer of the project, is a blind schoolboy from Udmurtia. Bogdan spoke about his experience in conducting excursions about nature in the museum space.

Museum inclusive route "The Nature of Udmurtia" was organized at the K. Gerda National Museum of the Udmurt Republic. The first sightseers were ordinary schoolchildren.

A special guide, Bogdan Zaitsev, not only talked about the animals inhabiting the forests, but also easily communicated, answered questions, drew visitors' attention to the tactile material available in the exposition. He also surprised me with questions. For example, it is known that owls eat hedgehogs. How can a bird of prey eat a prickly hedgehog? After listening to the versions of the excursion participants, Bogdan gave the correct answer.

Olga Dyakonova, Head of the Department of Nature, helped Bogdan to prepare, to be aware of the material, to be ready for various issues.

The schoolboy is sure that the profession of a tour guide is one of those available to blind people. It should be noted that the young guide's plans include organizing hiking routes for blind tourists and opening a school for a special guide.
