“Streets of Our Heroes”: Albert Garipov about the Street named after Sagit Agish (Ufa, Russia)

On “Radio Russia – Bashkortostan” there is a series of programs “Streets of Our Heroes” organized by the Representation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Republic of Bashkortostan. As part of the project in honour of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, famous people of the republic tell about the famous war heroes and home front workers, whose names are immortalized in the names of the streets as a tribute to their courage and self-sacrifice.

In the next issue of the series, Albert Garipov, Executive Director of the Bashkortostan regional branch of the public organization “Delovaya Rossiya”, talks about the street named after Sagit Agish.
