On World Quality Day, the industry session “Quality of education in the context of digitalization” began as part of the online forum “World Quality Day – 2020”. Andrey Belyaninov, Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, opened it.
“The problem of quality has faced humanity forever: from the standpoint of industry, and from the standpoint of science, and from the standpoint of education. Over the past six months, the world order has changed, social structures have changed. We will never return to the world that was in 2019. Nothing can replace the joy of human communication, but now we are forced to apply new forms of communication such as online. In the educational system, it is extremely important, starting from a young age and ending with obtaining a diploma of higher education, not lose a Person. Live communication has always been a characteristic feature of education. Students from different countries lived together, studied together. Then they dispersed, maintained friendly, comradely, political, economic relations. We must not lose communication. And the quality of education undoubtedly depends on this. Children today are acutely aware of the lack of personal communication. We need fresh ideas, we need to be ahead of our time, otherwise, because of the way we communicate now, we will lose people and, in the end, the quality of life. This is a multinational task; it is on a global scale. The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is ready to take part in any kind of platform, in any discussion on this matter. All these are humanitarian tasks - tasks that will allow us not to lose ourselves, not to lose our children, our future. In education, unfortunately, the standard now prevails to think in cases, and outside of cases people do not see anything. We need to expand these cases or even rebuild them, and then we will really come to high-quality education,” - Andrei Belyaninov expressed his wishes to the session participants.
Remind, today, on November 12, on the World Quality Day, the online forum “World Day of Quality – 2020” was opened. The purpose of the event is to discuss and popularize the best practices for improving the quality and efficiency of business processes in various industries. The organizers of the forum are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Roskachestvo, Rosstandart and Rosakkreditatsiya. The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is a partner of the event. The forum is attended by heads of organizations, specialists of quality services, production systems, food safety, engineers and technologists, experts from the field of state regulation, representatives of government bodies, public and business associations.
As part of the forum, the session “Quality of education in the context of digitalization” is being held. It was organized by the Council for Science and Continuing Education of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, the Moscow State University of Food Production and the Pastukhov State Academy of Industrial Management. About the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly
The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly was established in 2017. Representatives of non-governmental organizations from 67 countries of Eurasia took part in its establishment. The Assembly is a communication platform that unites not only civil society institutions, but also representatives of science, education, business and government. Today the members of the Assembly are representatives of non-governmental organizations from more than 40 countries. The Assembly includes more than 20 councils working in various fields: culture, science, education, business, youth policy, and sports.
