Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrei Belyaninov congratulated Eduard Taran, the Deputy Secretary General for Sports, Deputy Chairman of the International Public Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the Eurasian Games EURASIADA on his birthday.

The results of your activities in the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly evoke sincere respect. Our EURASIADA project, headed by you, is a bright platform for interaction between representatives of the continent's countries. It is another significant step towards the development of good-neighbourly relations with the States of the Eurasian space.

Much has already been done on the way to EURASIADA, and much remains to be done. I am sure there is a great sports event ahead of us. I am proud that the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly implements this large-scale project with you.

I wish you good health, inexhaustible energy, prosperity and success in all your endeavours and multifaceted activities for the good and prosperity of all Eurasia!” - the message says.

In 2025, the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly plans to hold the First Eurasian Games EURASIADA in Ufa (Bashkortostan, Russia). In 2019, an Agreement was signed between the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly and the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the preparation and holding of the Eurasian Games EURASIADA in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation approved the project. The site will include both sports competitions and other events related to the culture and sports of the multinational continent of Eurasia.
