Representation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in Bashkortostan discussed Plans for 2022

On December 14, 2021, a regular meeting of the Public Council of the Representation of the Eurasian Peoples 'Assembly in the Republic of Bashkortostan (Russia) was held under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Head of the Representation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in Bashkortostan, Andrey Nazarov.

The participants of the meeting summed up the results of the activity of the Representative Office for the year, and also discussed the work plan and development strategy for the future.

In particular, Andrei Nazarov spoke about plans to hold the Days of the Eurasian Peoples 'Assembly in the spring of 2022. The republic will receive members of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, experts and journalists. Within the event, a presentation of the Eurasiade-2025, a press tour of the sights of Bashkortostan, business and creative events aimed at expanding and strengthening international and interregional humanitarian and business cooperation are planned.

The First Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Svetlana Smirnova addressed the participants with an opening speech and read out a greeting from the Secretary General Andrei Belyaninov, especially emphasizing the positive experience of the Representative Office in Bashkortostan in the creation and development of specialized committees: the Committee for the Support and Development of Industry, the Committee for Business, Scientific and Cultural cooperation with Italy, the Committee for the Development of Spiritual Culture, Literature and Art.

“This makes it possible to fully use the potential of the members who have become part of the organization, and adds efficiency to the activities of the Representative Office,” Andrei Belyaninov said in his greeting.

A significant part of the meeting was held under the auspices of the Round Table “Bashkiria makes friends. Lombardy Region” chaired by Ruslan Kinzikeev, Chairman of the Committee on Business, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation with Italy of the Representation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in Bashkortostan. The Round Table was attended by representatives of Italy - big businessmen Andrea Bettoni and Roberto Bertozzi.

The Committee approved the Work Plan for 2022. One of the items on the extensive list in the plan is the Days of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Italy in May 2022. Within the Days, cultural events are planned, performances of art groups from Italy and the Republic of Bashkortostan, a conference of business circles of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Italy, the signing of bilateral business contracts and investment agreements. The events will be held in the Apulia region, Bari. In addition, areas of cooperation between entrepreneurs of the province of Bergamo, Lombardy and the Republic of Bashkortostan were outlined.

During the meeting of the Representation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in Bashkortostan, a solemn ceremony was held to award members of the Public Council and staff of the apparatus for assistance in achieving the goals and objectives facing not only the Representation and the Assembly, but also the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In particular, Ruslan Kinzikeev, Deputy of the Council of the Urban District of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Chairman of the Committee on Business, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation with Italy of the Representative Office, was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Acknowledgments from the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan were presented to Rustem Akhmadinurov - Deputy Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Head of the Executive Committee of the Bashkortostan regional branch of the United Russia party; Irik Mustafin, Director of the Grappling Wrestling Federation of the Republic of Bashkortostan; Lyaysan Nikolaeva, Chairman of the Bashkir branch of the Opora Rossii; Radmir Zabirov, Chairman of the Committee for Support and Development of Industry of the Representative Office, Vitaly Baranovsky, Director of the BUffet Club of like-minded restaurateurs.
