The Project "Tourist Ethnogenetics" was presented at the International Meeting

Anastasia Pavlova, a member of the General Council, Chairman of the Council for Eurasian Tourism Security of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, took part in the International Meeting on the Sustainable Development of Ethno-tourism.

The Government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug in Surgut organized the meeting on September 29-30.

Anastasia Pavlova presented to the participants of the international meeting a new area in ethnotourism - Tourist ethnogenetics.

The project "Tourist Ethnogenetics / Russia + World" is aimed at the synergy of genetic knowledge in the field of tourist interaction.

Tourist Ethnogenetics / Russia + World is a project aimed at accumulating complex research (science + practice) dedicated to the introduction of the most effective tools for popularizing the ethnographic heritage of the indigenous peoples of Russia. The genetic memory of the perception of ethnographic information is the basis of the tourist ethnocraft.

The project is intended to focus the attention of the expert community on the formation of literate ethnographic memories. The creation of high-quality mechanisms of tourist memory is one of the most relevant tools of the "post-Covid" time. Attention to ethnicity generates a request for a qualitative adaptation of the ethnic environment for all ages and nationalities. The main goal of tourist ethnogenetics is to increase the index of the tourist index of ethnic attractiveness in compliance with all norms of safe visits to ethno-objects.
