The All-Russian Forum "Digital Evolution" was held on August 18-19 in Kaluga.
The organizers are the Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Kaluga Region together with ANO Digital Transformation Laboratory. The operator of the event was the Regional Development Agency of the Kaluga Region.
More than 650 people took part in the forum: heads of federal and regional authorities, leading experts, representatives of business, academia and the press. As part of the Digital Evolution, 9 agreements on cooperation and strategic interaction were signed.
120 speakers took part in 20 sessions on various topics. In terms of the number of participants and the range of topics, this "Digital Evolution" has become the largest ever. About 2,500 people watched the online broadcast of the forum.
The main topics were:
- the evolution of the client-centric state,
- industry expertise of solutions for digital transformation,
- digital transformation of public administration: best practices and approaches to their replication.
