On March 26, 2022, from 11:00 to 13:00 (Moscow time), the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, the Congress of Russian Communities of the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Intellectual Center (Moldova) will hold the International Seminar "Project activities of schoolchildren on preservation of historical memory" in the conference hall of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly headquarters in Moscow.
The purpose of the seminar is to acquaint Moldovan teachers with the experience of using information resources and organizing project activities on historical and patriotic education of youth.
Issues for discussion:
- Preservation of historical memory in the era of informatization;
- Forms and methods of attracting schoolchildren to search and project activities;
- Forms of youth projects that stimulate interest in the history of their country, city, village;
- Using the results of search and project activities of students in the classroom and extracurricular activities;
- The role of small (rural, school) museums and rooms ("corners") of Military Glory in the historical and patriotic education of modern youth;
- Experience in using museum documents and handwritten or literary sources of historical interest and available for digitization by young volunteers;
- Forms of support and encouragement of volunteer and search activities of schoolchildren and teachers to preserve historical memory.
