Briefly about the project
Not all artists are able to create paintings imbued with Light, Love, Gratitude and Inspiration. It is often easier to put your own "pain" and rejection of the world around you onto canvas. But to convey constructive and spiritual themes in an artistic way, to give inspiration, aesthetic pleasure and the lightest emotions to the viewer is a more complicated task. Creating such images and being able to translate them professionally on canvas or paper is very rewarding!
The annual contest "Angels of Peace. Images " showcases talented artists and their work on the theme of Angels bringing light and love to viewers. The project is not tied to any particular religion, it is open to all. All works that are accepted are posted on the project website and in the contest's e-catalogue (a printed version of the catalogue will also be available). The best works are made as reproductions and after being displayed at several off-line shows are sent to oncological centers of Russia. All participants receive diplomas of the international contest, the winners will also receive special diplomas and prizes from the partners.
It will be great if more attention is paid to the topic of "angelic" painting and graphics in the world, since this is a special miracle - the "birth of an Angel", not every artist can do this.
Contest deadlines
Deadline for registration of works: January 7 to April 25, 2023.
Announcement of winners: June 12, 2023.
Offline exhibitions: August-December 2023.
Transfer of posters to hospitals: January-February 2024.

Participation format
Online participation (correspondence), free of charge.
Terms of participation
The number of works from one participant - no more than three.
Artwork must be created between 2021 and 2023.
Applications are sent to the organizing committee electronically.
The photo of the painting must be in good quality (from 2 to 6 MB, resolution 300 dpi, jpg format). There is no need to send original paintings to the Organizing Committee.

Why the contest is named after Yulia Ivanova
In 2021, the famous Siberian artist, member of the Union of Artists of Russia, ideologist of the International Art Project "Angels of Peace" Yulia Ivanova passed away, leaving the world more than 1200 paintings. Many beautiful images of Angels were born under her brush.
