On October 11, 2022, the Forum of Rural Bakers of Russia was held in Moscow (Russia). The forum was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners.
The Forum was attended by Chairman of the Council of Bakers and Confectioners of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, President of the Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners (ROSPiK) (Russia) Yuri Katsnelson, Head of the Department for Economic Cooperation of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Natalya Dolgova and Manager of the Department for Economic Cooperation of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Ekaterina Vagner.
The forum discussed issues aimed at impartial information about the technologies, equipment, tools of modern bakery and the implementation of their own entrepreneurial initiatives of specialists involved in baking and providing bakery products to small and large cities.
Welcoming remarks at the plenary session of the forum were made by: Oksana Lut - First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation; Sergey Mitin - First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian Food Policy and Environmental Management of the Russian Federation; Vladimir Trukhachev - Rector of RSAU - Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and others.
