First Winners and Prizewinners of the Bashkortostan Championship in Wrestling Grappling have been determined

In Ufa (Bashkortostan, Russia) at the Dynamo stadium, the first winners and prizewinners of the Bashkortostan grappling wrestling championship were determined.

The competitions were held with the support of the Representation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Republic of Bashkortostan (Russia), the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of the Republic of Bashkortostan, as well as the International Organization of the Alliance of the Peoples of the World.

The tournament became a qualifier for the championship of the Volga Federal District. The competitions were held according to the rules of the All-Russian Grappling Federation. Eight sets of medals were awarded for men and five sets for women.

On the first day of the championship of the Republic of Bashkortostan in grappling, medals were awarded in the "NO-GI" section. On the second day of the competition, athletes competed for awards in the "GI" section. In the overall team event, prizes were given to teams from Ufa and Belebey.
