Eurasian Peoples' Assembly signed a Cooperation Agreement with Women in Nuclear Russia

On November 26, an agreement on cooperation was signed between the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations “Eurasian Peoples' Assembly” and the Russian branch of the international organization “Women in Nuclear Russia” / Foundation for the Professional Initiatives Development “Women in Nuclear”.

General Secretary of the Assembly Andrei Belyaninov and the President of the Foundation Alena Yakovleva put their signatures on the bilateral agreement.

The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is an international non-governmental organization aimed at forming a social integration model in the name of establishing peace and harmony through the development of multilateral cooperation and public (people's) diplomacy in the Eurasian space. The Assembly currently brings together representatives from over 40 countries. The Assembly concluded more than 80 agreements with partners from 15 countries in various fields of activity: culture, entrepreneurship, development of integration ties between the peoples of Eurasia, public diplomacy. The Russian branch of the international organization “Women in Nuclear” (Russia) /Foundation for the Professional Initiatives Development “Women in Nuclear” was established in 2017 with the aim of consolidating and developing the professional community of women specialists working in the nuclear industry in the Russian Federation. The main mission of “Women in Nuclear” is to inform and educate the public, especially women and the younger generation, about the advantages and prospects of the development of nuclear and radiation technologies.
