The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly met with representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Mauritius in Russia

On February 19, 2020, a meeting with representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Mauritius - Chargé d'Affaires a. i. , Mr. Roy J. Bissoondoyal and Economic Advisor, Mr. Oupendranath  Amoroo took place in the office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.

The Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly was presented by the First Deputy Secretary-General Svetlana Smirnova, Deputy Head of the General Secretariat for International Cooperation, Yulia Petrova, Head of the Department for International Economic Activity Natalia Belenko, employees of the Department for International Cooperation Kira Kovnat, Svetlana Khidirova, Svetlana Tagiyeva.

During the negotiations, agreements were reached on the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly and the Embassy of the Republic of Mauritius, which plans to implement joint projects in the field of culture, education, economy and tourism. The parties supported the mutual initiative on the possibility of holding the Days of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in the Republic of Mauritius in 2021.
