On November 19, the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia" and the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "Volgograd State University" signed a cooperation agreement as part of the XVII International Film Festival "WON TOGETHER" named after Vladimir Menshov, held in Volgograd (Russia).
The agreement was signed by the Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrey Belyaninov and the Rector of Volgograd State University Alla Kalinina.
The subject of the Agreement is cooperation and interaction with the aim of forming an integration model of a Greater Eurasian partnership in different areas, in particular, joining efforts to enhance international cooperation in the field of scientific, educational and cultural activities in the interests of sustainable development; implementation of joint scientific, educational, cultural and humanitarian projects and programs, conferences, seminars, etc.; assistance in the formation of an international expert and professional community in the main areas of scientific, educational, social, cultural and humanitarian activities; development of scientific diplomacy mechanisms in order to represent and increase the authority of the scientific community on international platforms; holding events and supporting projects to create and implement effective tools to motivate young people to improve their professional competencies, assist in solving social problems of young people.
