The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly and the Association of Arab Universities signed a Cooperation Agreement

On July 27, 2021, the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" and the Association of Arab Universities signed a cooperation agreement.

The Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrei Belyaninov and the Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities Amr Ezzat Salam signed the agreement within a meeting of rectors of Russian and Arab universities in Moscow at Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia).

The subject of the agreement is the establishment of partnerships, the expansion and strengthening of international business cooperation, as well as the exchange of accumulated experience and information, the solution of socially significant tasks related primarily to the sphere of accessibility of education for representatives of Eurasian countries.

Eurasian Peoples' Assembly

The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is an international non-governmental organization aimed at forming a social integration model in the name of establishing peace and harmony through the development of multilateral cooperation and public (people's) diplomacy in the Eurasian space. Association of Arab Universities

The Association of Arab Universities is an organization working within the League of Arab States. The Association is based in Amman, Jordan. More than 400 universities from 22 countries are members of the Association: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, etc. The mission of the Association is the development of human resources and the promotion of mutual understanding between the involved civil societies of different States. The goals of the organization are to support and unite the universities of the Arab world, to encourage links between European and Arab universities, to strengthen cooperation between them, and to promote cooperation between universities in Arab and European countries at the university, faculty and department level.
