Russian experts will conduct training on digital transformation of public administration for a delegation from the Republic of Belarus. The training will include a presentation of approaches to creating an ecosystem of data economy and digital transformation of the state, as well as a practical part - teams will prepare projects of digital solutions in different sectors of governance.
The training will be conducted by the team of the Council on Informatization and Digital Economy of the Eurasian and African Peoples’ Assembly and ANO the Laboratory of Digital Transformation - developers of automated calculation models of efficiency of various management spheres.
The developed models have been implemented in the Smolensk and Kaluga regions, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra - a total of more than 27 regions of the Russian Federation. The systems were aimed at achieving certain target indicators: the number of public services converted into electronic form, the population's activity in medical examinations, etc.
The session will be attended by heads of line ministries and heads of digital transformation departments of Belarus regions.
The Eurasian and African Peoples’ Assembly plans to expand digital co-operation on the Eurasian continent.
“In the Eurasian space, it is necessary to develop and implement digital solutions that will ensure interstate co-operation and interaction in various spheres. The introduction of IT solutions within the North-South transport corridor will ensure dispatching of maritime trade traffic, and will make it possible to reach countries that are not formally involved in the project, such as Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, - says Andrey Beljaninov, Secretary General of the Eurasian and African Peoples’ Assembly. - The Eurasian and African Peoples’ Assembly is in favor of creating a unified digital base for achieving social and economic indicators, and working on common standards in cyber security”.
The initiative “Digital Infrastructure of Public Administration” is part of the national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State”.
Earlier at the plenary session of the Eurasian Economic Forum 2024 “Digitalization in modern realities - an imperative to ensure the four freedoms”, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin noted that the digital agenda is one of the priorities of the EEC and gives the development of digital platforms for interstate data transfer. Prime Minister also called for the production of competitive, in-demand digital solutions, development of infrastructure for access to electronic technologies and services, as well as indicated readiness to share approaches with friendly countries.
