The Department of Happiness continues to conduct Workshops as Part of the “There is Happiness” Program

On July 16, within the “There is Happiness” program of the “Tiflo Surdo Paktikum” project, a master class on dactyl speech was held at the festival of the “Persons of the District” contest, which was held by Svetlana Zolotova, manager of the Department of Happiness of the General Secretariat of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly.

More than 50 children and adults of the Moscow North District took part in the master class.

The master class aroused great interest, especially among the youngest participants of the festival.
