Congratulations on the anniversary to Secretary General of RAIC from Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly

Today, April 22, on International Mother Earth Day, is the anniversary of Vladimir Polozkov, Secretary General of the Russian Association for International Cooperation (RAMS).

Vladimir Polozkov was directly involved in the establishment of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations - the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly.
