On June 17, 2021, the International Clean Air Forum "CIS + WORLD / Villages of the World" took place.
The Forum was organized by the Tourism Committee of the Business Centre for Economic Development of the CIS, the Organizing Committee of the International Integration Program "CIS + WORLD" in strategic partnership with the Business Centre for Economic Development of the CIS and the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.
The key partner of the Forum was the Vyatskoye Historical and Cultural Complex named after E.A. Ankudinova.

The role of national traditions and identity of rural settlements in expanding complex international cooperation;
Clean air of the world's villages to maintain the ecological balance of the planet;

Historical and Cultural Complex "Vyatskoe"
"... The most beautiful village in Russia, the historical and cultural complex Vyatskoye" named after E.A. Ankudinova is included in the preliminary list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Vyatskoye is a laureate of the National Prize “Cultural Heritage” and the All-Russian Prize “Keepers of Heritage”.
The author of the project, Oleg Alekseevich Zharov, was awarded the State Prize of the Russian Federation by the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin for his contribution to the revival and development of traditional cultural and historical values. "Vyatskoe" became the best museum of the year in Russia. It won the Grand Prix of the International Festival "Intermuseum-2015".
Vyatskoye became the first project in Russia to combine multi-format tourist destinations, including museum tourism with endemic exhibits from private collections. MICE-tourism with exclusive festivals and forums is actively developing in Vyatskoye. Ecological routes have been also developed. In the N.A. Nekrasov Art Gallery, exclusive expositions are constantly updated. Vyatskoye can be called a popular film location and one of the most popular areas of film tourism.
Gastronomic, educational, recreational and bath tourism is actively developing in Vyatskoye.
Vyatskoye has become an international music tourism destination. An important role for the development of Vyatsky is played by the "Province – the Soul of Russia" Festival, held under the leadership of the world star Lyubov Yurievna Kazarnovskaya.
The name of Vyatsky is closely associated with Nikolai Alekseevich Nekrasov, a classic Russian poet, writer and publicist, whose 200th anniversary is celebrated in 2021.

The project director Maria Petrovna Kachina greeted the Forum on behalf of the Business Centre for Economic Development of the CIS. She noted the great role of rural tourism in international economic and environmental cooperation. The partners of the “CIS + WORLD” Program from Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova send their greetings to the Forum.
Eurasia
First Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples 'Assembly Svetlana Konstantinovna Smirnova welcomed the Forum on behalf of numerous representatives of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly that unites representatives from more than 100 countries of the world. S.K. Smirnova noted the importance of creating and developing a new format of Eurasian ethnotourism for Greater Eurasia.
