Secretary-General of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations «Eurasian Peoples' Assembly» Andrei Belyaninov congratulated Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres on the International Day of Happiness, reported the General Secretariat of the Assembly on March 20.
«As a congratulation from the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, please, accept the “THE PEACE SONG” as a contribution to the common cause of strengthening peace, developing friendly relations between peoples and preserving the planet in all the diversity of its natural and spiritual wealth», - the message says.
In addition, the letter to Antonio Guterres says that at the initiative of the Assembly, the Department of Happiness of Eurasia was established. Its task is to promote the UN initiative on a holistic approach to building happiness and implement programs to improve people's lives.
THE PEACE SONG BY THE EURASIAN PEOPLES’ ASSEMBLY
The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is an International Non-Governmental Organization aimed at forming a public integration model in the name of establishing peace and harmony through the development of multilateral cooperation and public (people's) diplomacy in the Eurasian space. The Assembly brings together representatives from more than 43 countries. The organization has concluded 114 partnership agreements in culture, entrepreneurship, development of integration relations between the peoples of Eurasia and public diplomacy.
