On February 13, at the International Conference "Yalta 1945: Lessons of History" dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Crimean (Yalta) Conference of 1945, Andrei Belyaninov - the Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly presented the Assembly’s Project "VICTORIOUS TOGETHER – for Peace and Creation," which includes holding international public forums in different countries.
For the first time such a forum was held in 2019 in Sevastopol (Crimea) as part of the XV Sevastopol International Festival of Documentaries and TV programs "Victorious Together”. The second forum was held in September 2019 in Baku.
In 2020, it is planned to hold the International Public Forum "VICTORIOUS TOGETHER - for Peace and Creation" in Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, China, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Italy, Israel and other countries.
"The priority of our Assembly is peacemaking, shifting the vector of attention from ethnic hatred and hostile relations to the affirmation of universal basic values that guide people to peaceful initiatives, spiritual harmony and international cooperation," - said Andrei Belyaninov, Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly.
On February 14, as part of the International Conference "Yalta 1945: Lessons in History," the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly will hold the Yalta International Public Forum to preserve the memory of the Great Patriotic War and the Second World War "VICTORIOUS TOGETHER- for Peace and Creation."
