September 9 - 11, Izhevsk (Udmurtia, Russia) hosted the XVII International Festival of Family Media Creativity "Sunflower".
This year's theme was "And they lived happily ever after." Families, children's groups became the participants of the festival. The guests of the festival learned about the family traditions of different peoples, met people who have experienced the loss of loved ones or overcome the disease.
Actors, photographers, artists came to visit the participants of the festival.
This year, part of the festival events was held online. The festival started on June 1st.
The festival had a competitive program. It consisted of three categories: print, radio, video.
The final stage of the "Sunflower" festival opened with a grandiose holiday "The Best Day" in the Republican Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adolescents with Disabilities "Adeli". Then the participants and guests of the festival went to the active recreation resort "Nechkino", where the final events of the festival took place.
Guests from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tatarstan, Gambia, Liberia, Nigeria visited the festival.
The organizer of the festival was the Udmurt Regional Children's Public Organization "Center for Support of Creative Initiatives" Zhuraveynik + ".
